Amendment to Item 16-1 of Vehicle Safety Inspection Standards

Implementation Timeline and Applicable Scope:

1. From January 1, 2021, newly registered models (new vehicle types) of M2, M3, N2, and N3 class vehicles must be equipped with digital dash cameras that comply with these regulations.

2. From January 1, 2023, all models (new vehicles of old types) of M2, M3, N2, and N3 class vehicles must be equipped with digital dash cameras that comply with these regulations.
